Permission Guidelines
Permissions Request and Guidelines to Use Material from, Invision-Graphics Inc.
For permission to use Invision-Graphics copyrighted material, requests must be in writing to the Web Site Administrator.

Authors and writers who supply material and content to Invision-Graphics Inc. are free to link and use such material, as they are the copyright holder of the mentioned material provided.
Articles written by Invision-Graphics Inc. must obtain written permission from the Administrator of the Web services and full credit to the original source should be given, for example:
When submitting a request:
When submitting a request via e-mail, you must include your name, the web address where it will appear, and the information listed below; we will reply via e-mail.
All requests must be in writing. Complete reference citations must be given for all requested material and this includes title of the requested material, The authors name if the mentioned material is not produced by Invision-Graphics Inc!
This only applies to materials supplied by Invision-Graphics Inc and Staff content; permission must still be obtained from authors who submit content to Invision-Graphics Inc., as applied by copyright laws.
Requesters should provide the following information:
1.) Title of Content or Article for such used work.
2.) Full link and reference information must be provided on request (name of article, issue date, author, page number; editor's names of such article.
3.) What you intend to use it for, e.g. full article reprint on your site, e-mail, newsletter, or any other publication.
Where it will be reused:
1.) If the work will be published, let us know if the Invision-Graphics Inc material will be published in a newspaper, or magazine, give us the title of the work, the name of the publisher of the above mentioned avenue's that Invision-Graphics Inc. material will appear, the editor's name of the newspaper, magazine so we also may contact them to insure all authors' names, and copyright are given etc.
2.) The deadline by which you need this permission; we will try to meet your deadline, but keep in mind that our normal turn around times are 2-3 weeks for articles or content requests.
Invision-Graphics Inc.
1.) If you are the author of the copyright material, or if the author was employed by your organization when the article was written, you may post the information, but be sure to give copyright credit to the source of the article. You do not need our permission to post this material because those rights are granted back to authors/writers on the Invision-Graphics Inc web site, and are noted in our Copyright Terms of Service Subsection 7.)
2.) If you are not the author, or if the author was not employed by your organization when the article or column was written, you must request permission to post the information and article. Please specify which you prefer. If permission is granted, the appropriate copyright credit line must be posted along with the material. Use of the material should not imply any endorsement by the Invision-Graphics Inc website but instead to the actual author of such material unless stated other wise.
The more information you supply to us, the faster we can process your request. It is helpful if you would supply links and references to were you have used other material and content, along with your request. Please include your full name and e-mail address so we may contact you directly.
Credit Lines
Should permission be granted to you, we will require that you link back to the article source on the first page of the article or column. The credit must appear and must be visible to all; it can be in a footnote of the article, or in the reference list. With the exception of the Authors name which must be present on the top of the article, the standard credit line is:
If article is written by Invision-Graphics Inc or staff member, it must obtain the following credit line at the top of the article.

In the footnote it must pertain the following:
Authors Bio: Example, what ever is included n the original article must stay in tact of the allowed use of article on your web site. Full credit and copyright notice must not be removed.

Preprints
You must Contact the individual author, if Invision-Graphics Inc is not the author of the mentioned copyright material. You must obtain legal permission from the author who holds copyright to the material you wish to use.
If the author has not granted you any copyright permission to use their articles or material, you must reframe from linking to or reproducing such material by author's request.
Invision-Graphics Inc will not be held responsible if material is taken without written permission from the original Authors of such mentioned content as stated above.
